Muslim scholar: Killing civilians OK

Responding to questions about the terrorist attack on London, a Muslim scholar in the British capital asserted Islam makes no distinction between civilians and military targets.

"The term 'civilians' does not exist in Islamic religious law," said Hani Al-Siba'i, head of the Al-Maqreze Centre for Historical Studies in London.

In Islam - the 'unbelievers' are OPEN enemies to the 'believers' 004.101

Islam has no regard for 'civilians' in non-Muslim lands:

004.101 When ye travel through the earth, there is no blame on you if ye shorten your prayers, for fear the Unbelievers May attack you: For the Unbelievers are unto you open enemies. (Non-muslims welcoming 'true' muslims - is not such a good idea)

008.067 It is not fitting for a prophet that he should have prisoners of war [slay them] until he hath thoroughly subdued the land. {Treason in non-Muslim lands]

Al-Siba'i, in an interview with the Arab news channel al-Jazeera, elaborated, "There is no such term as 'civilians' in the modern Western sense. People are either of Dar Al-Harb or not."

Dar Al-Harb refers to the Muslim concept of the world being divided into two "houses," the House of Islam and the remaining territories, the House of War, or Dar Al-Harb.

Al-Siba'i speculated that a Western nation could have been responsible for the attack, but he acknowledged it could have been carried out by Osama bin Laden's terrorist organization, according to a transcript provided by the Middle East Media Research Institute, or MEMRI.

"If al-Qaida indeed carried out this act, it is a great victory for it," he said. "It rubbed the noses of the world's eight most powerful countries in the mud."

But al-Siba'i said British Prime Minister Tony Blair "made a grave error when he spoke before the investigation and claimed that the perpetrators of these acts were acting in the name of Islam."

The Muslim leader said "the possibility that it was done by the intelligence agency of another Western country hostile to Britain" should not be ruled out.

He also conjectured it could have been done by "some Zionist Americans who wanted to overshadow the G-8 summit."

Al-Siba'i finally said al-Qaida could not be ruled out as the perpetrator.

He asserted the terrorist organization controls the "war agenda" in Iraq and "imposes its policies" on the Middle East.

As an example, he pointed out that al-Qaida's beheading of an Egyptian envoy prompted Cairo to lower its level of representation in Baghdad.

How can such a bloody scene be Holy?

Why are the non-Muslim leaders allowing it to have free reign? [and yet the leaders of this world REFUSE to confront it]

On the subject of targeting civilians, the al-Jazeera host asked Al-Siba'i: "You, as a Muslim and as the director of a center for Islamic history. ... Is targeting wretched civilians considered brave or manly?"

Al-Siba'i replied that after the Madrid bombing, bin Laden called on the people of Western nations to pressure their governments.

"He told them: We did not attack you. You have been attacking us for more than two centuries, and your campaign continues. He said to them simply: Withdraw your soldiers from the Arabian Peninsula, withdraw from Afghanistan and Palestine. ?"

Muhammad stirred up hatred for the Christians and Jews - a long time ago:

Allah hath granted a grade higher to those who strive and fight with their goods and persons than to those who sit at home. But those who strive and fight hath He distinguished above those who sit at home by a special reward.

002.216 Fighting is prescribed for you, and ye dislike it. But it is possible that ye dislike a thing [war] which is good for you and that ye love a thing [peace] which is bad for you?

009.039 Unless ye go forth, He will punish you with a grievous penalty, and put others in your place.

The proud refuse to see those words for what they are: INCITEMENT FOR WAR against all who refuse to bow to them.

Muslims who deny - are calling the god of thier own Koran a liar:

009.029 Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, even if they are of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

Asked whether he considered bin Laden a religious scholar who issues fatwas or the head of al-Qaida, Siba'i said, "First of all, he is one of this (Islamic) nation. ... We have no clergy or a pope, or anything like this. Anyone can carry out his religious duty, even if he is by himself."

It is 'their duty'

009.038 O ye who believe! what is the matter with you, that, when ye are asked to go forth in the cause of Allah, ye cling heavily to the earth? Do ye prefer the life of this world to the Hereafter? But little is the comfort of this life, as compared with the Hereafter.

009.044 Those who believe in Allah and the Last Day ask thee for no exemption from fighting with their goods and persons. And Allah knoweth well those who do their duty.

009.123 O ye who believe! fight the unbelievers who gird you about, and let them find firmness in you. (throughout the earth)

004.094 O ye who believe! When ye ''''go abroad'''' in the cause of Allah, investigate carefully, and say not to any one who offers you a salutation: "Thou art none of a believer!" Therefore carefully investigate.

The host argued that the religious law assembly in Mecca at the end of last month issued a fatwa forbidding the killing of civilians.

"Should we follow it or Osama bin Laden?" the host asked.

Al-Siba'i said, "These assemblies resemble the assemblies of the church. These assemblies forbid young people from going to Iraq to fight the jihad. ? The Higher Religious Authority (in Saudi Arabia) are the ones who allowed the presence of Crusader forces in the Land of the Two Holy Places (Saudi Arabia).

The 'Crusaders' have nothing to do with Christianity. The 'Crusaders' don't sing the song of Moses nor the song of the Lamb - as is commanded of the saints - Rev 15:3

If they were 'singing' it - Palestine would be destroyed - because the songs of Moses and of the Lamb {The Holy One of Israel] condemned Palestine for end times...a LONG time ago; a fact that this whole world is in ignorance of.

The preachers of "Tolerance" and "Diversity" have thoroughly set the stage for a recipe of sure bloodshed that has already begun....

As for 'Palestine' - the name never even appears in the Koran. All of Islam is without excuse.

Muhammad knew NOTHING about Palestine for end times. Islam is filled with murderers for the sounds of his preaching. They have been taught vicious teachings [beheadings - cutting off hands and feet - crucifixions] by one lone accuser who calls the One Who sent Jesus - a liar - denying the testimonies of many!

It is pride that stops them from all sound reasoning. They can't even see how great the wickedness is - in carrying out beheadings....because Pride has overcome them.
