A budding courtship between Iran?s theocracy and the American Religious Left hit a speed bump on September 7 when the U.S. State Department denied visas to a ?religious delegation? from Iran that was to meet here with U.S. clerics.

The romance began last Fall when eager U.S. church officials met with and were enchanted by Iran?s chief theocrat, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, while he was in New York. The kisses continued when, at Ahmadinejad?s gracious invitation, the U.S. prelates visited Iran in February, where they were assured by the Iranian president and other officials of the Shiite police state that Islam disapproves of nuclear weapons.

But the consummation of this romance apparently has been delayed by the U.S. State Department?s very non-romantic intransigence. Visas for 4 of the 14 Iranian clerics were denied, including the group?s two leaders, which seems to have led to the assignation?s cancellation.

"We are disappointed and troubled that the administration denied the visas,? complained Quaker official Joe Volk. "The denials parallel a disturbing escalation of rhetoric against Iran and further demonstrate this administration's current strategy of confrontation rather than diplomacy.? Volk regretted that ?this administration appears to be choosing the war path rather than the negotiating table.?

Other church representatives who have participated in the past trysts with Iranian officials represented Episcopalians, Mennonites, the National Council of Churches, Sojourners, Pax Christi, and the United Methodist Board of Church and Society. All were apparently geared up for the next round of interfaith cooperation.

That's at least Five eye-witnesses whose testimonies all agree - and along comes one lone accuser who wasn't even there to see it  - calling all of those eye-witnesses of Christ liars? offering no proof but just his own say-so?

Muhammad is one lone accuser [and not an eye witness] who, according to his 'allah' - there are martyrs:

Who is 'Isa' then? Are those who 'fight and slay' better than the Great Prophet - Jesus?

 

Where is Muhammad's proof that Jesus was not crucified? because Muhammad not only has the eye-witnesses who saw His crucifixion to contend with - but he has the prophets of the Old Testament to contend with also!

 

According to Muhammad - they're all liars and he alone is telling the truth? just because he says so?

 

[GET REAL!]  Muhammad forgot to mention Palestine - and he should have - seeing that it is his own people who die for it.  The Lord of the Bible obviously hid the end time prophecy about Palestine from him

Ahmadinejad had assured the easily persuadable clerics that he was very receptive to talks with the U.S. "if we see some goodwill." {Those who are willing to kiss their buts - But the True Lord does not raise brown-nosers] The U.S. prelates had hailed the Iranian Islamic dictatorship for having ?already built a bridge toward the American people by inviting our delegation to come to Iran," and they had urged the U.S. to "welcome a similar delegation" to America to usher in "a new day in U.S.-Iranian relations". "The fact that the U.S. government has pulled the plug by denying these visas proves to us that the prospect that Americans and Iranians of various faiths shaking hands and talking together and determining their common interests was simply not the image the Bush administration wanted to portray of the Iranians," darkly asserted Quaker official Mary Ellen McNish.

In their Koran:

The so-called 'Christian' leaders [that is - if they really are who they say they are] - are they not fools?  - the Muslims are commanded to keep their intentions hidden....so that....

Are those Iranian clerics willing to receive this?...

Both McNish and her fellow Quaker {Link was added: who consider themselves universalist, agnostic, athiest, realist, humanist, postchristian, ornontheist, or do not accept any religious label ] official Joe Volk were part of the ecumenical visit to Iran in February. {The Bible Scriptures mean nothing to them - including the end time prophecy concerning Palestine] According to a Quaker news release, they ?had hoped that by reciprocating the Iranians? hospitality, they could further work to inspire the governments and people of both countries to commit to a diplomatic solution {thereby proving that they have no knowledge of how religion - regardless of whether it is good or bad - works. Consider the young who ReadWriteExecuteblow themselves up - believing they are doing God a service] to the ongoing dispute between the United States and Iran.? So encouraged after two meetings with Ahmadinejad, the church officials had dearly hoped that, ?Words not war could answer the national interests of both peoples.? The ecumenical delegation had advocated more ?people-to-people exchanges among religious leaders? in both the U.S. and Iran.

There is no dialogue to be had with true Muslims - ESPECIALLY the Iranian clerics  {See for yourselves]

Certainly, Joe Volk's group is ripe for Muslims to take advantage of. [If they're not already]

None of the U.S. church groups participating in the outreach to Iran have acknowledged that while they are comprised exclusively of critics of U.S. policies towards Iran, the participating Iranian ?religious leaders? have been handpicked supporters of Iran?s murderous theocracy. {Link was added] Nor did they audibly reflect over why the left-wing, predominantly Protestants  [ If your leader falls into 'the pit' - so will you ] U.S. clerics were able to so harmoniously agree with the Iranian Shiite theocrats. Common hostility towards the United States seems to be the main spiritual grease that lubricates their increasingly warm relations.

Article. VII of the United States Constitution

Done in Convention by the Unanimous Consent of the States present the Seventeenth Day of September IN THE YEAR OF OUR LORD one thousand seven hundred and Eighty seven {that year signifies only one possible Lord for this Constitution] and of the Independence of the United States of America. The Son of God is an abomination in Islam 019.088 and the Muslims are commanded to slay - His followers. Of course there will be those who call themselves Muslims who won't keep that command - but then again - there are those who will.

As for those who are giving them aid and comfort?...

In a commentary written for his church several weeks ago, Volk insisted that the Iranians ?do not need to be forced to the negotiating table by sanctions or threat of force.? After all, since 2003 ?they?ve been begging to sit at the table with the U.S. to make a new deal? and have perseveringly endured four years of being ?snubbed? by the U.S. {Meanwhile - Non-Muslims have been "perseveringly enduring" 1400 years of being slaughtered - thanks be to the teachings of their Koran

{"unanimously voted" - means that the U.S. is not the only one who is "snubbing" Iran

That same Iranian government said...

"Israel {another U.N. member} must be wiped off the map"

and that attacks by Palestinians would destroy it {Ignoring the fact that their own 'Allah' mentions the name Israel - but never the name Palestine.  - Who gave them more authority than their own 'Allah' ?

 

Why all the fuss by the U.S. when Ahmadinejad assured the U.S. clerics at two meetings that nuclear weapons would violate Iran?s deep Islamic faith? Heavens knows, the U.S. clerics can?t figure it out. They admit that Iran has missed UN deadlines about compliance with international nuclear inspections. But the deadlines were largely imposed by the Bush Administration, they note. Likewise, the U.S. ?has not provided any clear proof that Iran is supporting violent militias in Iraq,? insisted a special Quaker Q&A about Iran. And U.S. accusations that Iran is helping the Taliban in Afghanistan are ?unsubstantiated.?

How about a special Q&A about the teachings of the Iranian clerics?

Remarkably, the Quaker Q&A also insists that ?the Iranian people, not the U.S. government, should determine the future government of their country.? That Iran?s theocratic Shiite mullahs, and not the Iranian people, currently govern Iran is not acknowledged by the Quakers or the other U.S. religious groups that have been romancing Ahmadinejad and his favored clerics. who preach....

024:033 Let those who find not the wherewithal for marriage keep themselves chaste, until Allah gives them means out of His grace. Where O where are those 'self-righteous warriors' concerning that teaching of the Koran?

There's more. [but - who needs more?]

For the U.S. clerics, the sufferings of Iran?s people after 28 years of theocratic oppression do not count for much. Even Iran?s persecution of Christian minorities is not an issue. And an Iranian nuclear weapon does not apparently disturb them very much either. After all, what are a few Iranian nukes when the imperial U. S. already has hundreds!? {one can't help but wonder if they aren't 'closet Muslims' - They sure put forth far more effort than the so-called 'moderate' Muslims do]

The U.S. isn't going around threatening to "wipe countries off the map" and clearly, America could - But nor does America honor any book that commands them to do so. {Therein lies all of the difference]

004.101 When ye travel - through the earth, there is no blame on you if ye shorten your prayers, for fear '''the unbelievers''' May attack you: For '''the Unbelievers''' are unto you open enemies.

009.005 But when the forbidden months are past {when the 'treaties' expire, although they may break them at any time - if it benefits Islam} then fight and slay the Pagans wherever ye find them, and seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem of war.

That is what they'll do - if given the chance - because their Koran commands it of them.

Why is this reality so impossible for the 'religious left' to understand? [Or have they become that evil? - professing themselves to be wise - so much so - that they have become fools?  Because it certainly doesn't take a team of geniuses to figure it out]

The State Department?s denial of visas for Iran?s clerics might slow down the U.S. Religious Left?s courtship of Iran, but the romance undoubtedly will persist, despite the obstacles.

Something to ponder} With the 'flavor' that this article was written in - keep Romans Chapter 1 in mind - and think not in terms of the flesh - but higher - knowing that the chapter is addressing those who hold the truth in unrighteousness.
