Serb General Pleads Not Guilty to War Crimes

Apr 28, 2005

AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - A top Serbian war crimes suspect pleaded not guilty on Thursday at the Hague tribunal to charges of planning and ordering the killing and expulsion of thousands of Kosovo Albanian civilians in 1999.

The surrender of former Yugoslav Army chief-of-staff Nebojsa Pavkovic to the U.N. tribunal on Monday removed what was widely seen as Serbia's last major obstacle to talks with the

European Union on closer ties, the first step toward membership.

"I plead not guilty," Pavkovic told the court in a Web cast of proceedings in The Hague.

Pavkovic is charged with four counts of crimes against humanity and one count of violations of the laws or customs of war, including deportation, murder and persecution.

Pavkovic is the 12th Serb indictee to surrender to the tribunal this year as part of a drive by Belgrade to boost cooperation with the court and improve ties with the EU.

Pavkovic is one of four generals jointly indicted in 2003 for planning and ordering the killing of hundreds of Kosovo Albanian civilians and the forced deportation of about 800,000 in 1999 as Serb forces battled ethnic Albanian separatists. {Muslims who demanded a piece of land to install Islamic rule]

"Kosovo Albanians were frequently intimidated, assaulted or killed in public view to enforce the departure of their families and neighbors," the indictment reads.

The other accused are General Vladimir Lazarevic and police general Sreten Lukic, who both arrived in The Hague earlier this year. The fourth general on the joint indictment is Vlastimir Djordjevic who fled to Russia in 2001.

Pavkovic had first said he would rather kill himself than go to The Hague. He later changed his mind, saying he did not want to be "the only obstacle to the country's aspirations toward a better future."

Belgrade has praised his surrender as a "highly moral, responsible and patriotic act." Nine Serbs or Bosnian Serbs indicted by the court are still at large.

What shall be the Judgment of this world's court for not putting a stop to the following teachings? teachings that clearly violate their very own rules...

004.101 When ye travel through the earth , there is no blame on you if ye shorten your prayers, for fear the Unbelievers May attack you: For the Unbelievers are unto you open enemies.

004.092 Never should a believer kill a believer [But the 'unbelievers' - they are commanded to slay....

009.004 (But the treaties are) not dissolved with those Pagans with whom ye have entered into alliance and who have not subsequently failed you in aught, nor aided any one against you. So fulfil your engagements with them to the end of their term.

009.005 But when the forbidden months are past [when the 'treaties' expire} then fight and slay the Pagans ''''wherever'''' ye find them, and seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem of war.

009.029 Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

Who has more authority for all of Islam? The 'moderate' Muslims?

or their 'allah'?

According to the god of the Muslims - the 'moderate' Muslims are not as good as the devout Muslims...

004.095 Not equal are those believers who sit at home and receive no hurt, and those who strive and fight in the cause of Allah with their goods and their persons. Allah hath granted a grade higher to those who strive and fight with their goods and persons than to those who sit at home. But those who strive and fight hath He distinguished above those who sit at home by a special reward.

002.216 Fighting is prescribed for you, and ye dislike it. But it is possible that ye dislike a thing [war] which is good for you and that ye love a thing [peace] which is bad for you?

009.039 Unless ye go forth, He will punish you with a grievous penalty, and put others in your place.

009.030 The Jews call 'Uzair a son of Allah, and the Christians call Christ the son of Allah. That is a saying from their mouth; in this they but imitate what  '''the unbelievers'''  of old used to say. Allah's curse be on them: how they are deluded away from the Truth!

009.123 O ye who believe! fight '''the unbelievers''' who gird you about, and let them find firmness in you.

047.004 Therefore, when ye meet ''''the Unbelievers'''' in fight [jihad], smite at their necks. [Behead them!]

What gives this world's court the right to judge anyone? - as long as they refuse to condemn such wickedness?

...wickedness that greatly influenced the Albanians in the first place  - and STILL does.

The Serbian leaders did fail. They had a voice in this world - but chose to use might instead of power - the power of Wisdom.

Who is not able to comprehend Islam's god's clear violations of this world's very own humanitarian laws?

This is the Royal Holy Command:

Zec 8:16 These are the things that ye shall do; Speak ye every man the truth to his neighbour; execute the judgment of truth and peace in your gates:

Eph 4:25 Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.

The Works of Christ - The Son of God:

Mat 5:44 I [Jesus] say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you.

1Th 5:15 See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever follow that which is good.

Rom 13:9  Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

Mat 5:44 Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you.

Rom 13:10 Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

The works of Muhammad:

009.005  fight and slay the Pagans ''''wherever'''' ye find them, and seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem of war.

033.061 They shall have a curse on them: whenever they are found, they shall be seized and slain (without mercy). Cursed: wherever they are found they shall be seized and murdered, a (horrible) murdering

009.123 O ye who believe! fight the unbelievers who gird you about, and let them find firmness in you.

047.004 Therefore, when ye meet the Unbelievers in fight [jihad], smite at their necks. [Behead them!]

005.033 THE PUNISHMENT of those who '''wage war''' against Allah and His Messenger IS: execution, or crucifixion, or the cutting off of hands and feet.

See the difference? between that which shows the way to peace, tranquility and life? - and that which shows the way to cruel hatred and destruction?

1Jo 3:10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.

1Cr 1:20 Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?

Mat 12:33 Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit.

Gal 6:7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

How accountable should this world's court be held - for not condemning the obvious wickedness of the Koran? [a court that has a loud voice in this world]

Hypocrisy is anything whatever may deceive the cleverest and most penetrating man, but the least wide-awake of children recognizes it, and is revolted by it, however ingeniously it may be disguised.

Verily I Jesus say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.
