Greek Muslims attack TV crew near mosque

ATHENS, (Reuters) - Scuffles broke out on Tuesday between Muslim Greeks and a television crew filming an episode of a popular series near a mosque in northeastern Greece, police said.

They said about 400 Muslim Greeks in the village of Echinos, angered by the presence of actresses not wearing head scarves near the entry of the mosque, gathered around the television crew demanding they leave.

"One vehicle of the film crew was damaged by the crowd but there were no injuries," a police official said.

The director of the series "Archipelago", which touches on the sensitive relations between archrivals Greeks and Turks, said the crew had sought shelter from the rain in the grounds of the mosque compound and had no plans to enter the mosque itself.

"We never entered the mosque and did not want to provoke the Muslim community," director Stratos Markidis said.

But a 17-year-old boy alerted local Muslims that the crew were planning to film inside, police said.

"The crew wanted to film inside our mosque with women actresses wearing no headscarf," a local man told reporters.

Several crew members fled the mosque compound and took refuge inside the police station for hours before being escorted away as a crowd demonstrated outside.

Tens of thousands of Muslim Greeks, many of Turkish descent, live in the northeast of the predominantly Orthodox Christian country. <--The mixture of two cultures that promises bloodshed]

The Koran calls all of the witnesses of the New Testament --- liars!

There you have it - Out of allah's own mouth - Islam is NOT a religion of peace.

 

Rom 3:17 The way of peace have they not known:

Those are the commands of the New Testament - given unto the WHOLE world - which brings us right back to the Koran and the fact that millions upon millions are reading it - and believing in its teachings [which clearly states - Slay the 'Unbelievers']

 

And the world wonders why - the Islamic world has so much rage within?

Mixing Islam in with non-Muslim societies is a sure recipe for major bloodshed. [It doesn't take a 'rocket scientist' to see it]

 

The mouth of the god of the Koran himself - proves that fact true - no matter what the 'moderate' Muslims or any self-professing 'scholar or expert' claims - allah still has the authority over them all - because allah is the one who is worshipped by the Muslim world - they don't worship the 'scholars and the experts'.

 

As long as this world refuses to face the Truth and speak it - [which is a commandment to do so] - the greater the bloodshed is going to become. It is spreading - and has been for some time.
