The Free Muslims Against Terrorism is a nonprofit organization made up of American Muslims and American Arabs of all backgrounds who feel that religious violence and terrorism have not been fully rejected by the Muslim community in the post 9-11 era.

Free Muslims was created to eliminate broad base support for Islamic extremism and terrorism and to strengthen secular democratic institutions in the Middle East and the Muslim World by supporting Islamic reformation efforts.

Free Muslims promotes a modern secular interpretation of Islam which is peace-loving, democracy-loving and compatible with other faiths and beliefs. Free Muslims' efforts are unique; it is the only mainstream American-Muslim organization willing to attack extremism and terrorism unambiguously. Unfortunately most other Muslim leaders and organizations believe that when it comes to terrorism, the end justifies the means.

Who has more authority? a Muslim? or his allah?...

004.101 When ye travel through the earth , there is no blame on you if ye shorten your prayers, for fear the Unbelievers May attack you: For the Unbelievers are unto you open enemies.

009.029 Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

009.030 The Jews call 'Uzair a son of Allah, and the Christians call Christ the son of Allah. That is a saying from their mouth; in this they but imitate what '''the unbelievers''' of old used to say. Allah's curse be on them: how they are deluded away from the Truth!

047.004 Therefore, when ye meet '''the Unbelievers''' in fight [jihad], smite at their necks. [Cut their throats!]

Just because there are those who interpret those 'new commands' ['''new''' since Christ] as 'peaceful and loving' does not make them so. There is NOTHING peaceful about them!

Who has more authority? a Muslim? or his allah?:

Other Americans have spoken up against terrorism, but never before has this message come with such clarity from Muslims or Arabs. Muslims are the only ones who can solve the problem of terror in Islam, and sadly until the founding of this Coalition, they were the only group who had not definitively spoken up against the use of terror.

As for those who claim the Bible is no different? - they speak unto their own eternal destruction:
Mat 12:37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.
Lev 24:16 He that blasphemeth the name of the LORD, he shall surely be put to death, and all the congregation [of God] shall certainly stone him as well the stranger, as he that is born in the land, when he blasphemeth the name of the LORD, shall be put to death.
Act 4:11 This is the stone [Jesus] which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner.
1Pe 2:8 And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient:
Jam 2:19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.

Mat 8:29 And, behold, they [devils] cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time?

Jesus never used violence to over-power the wicked spirits. He used the Word of God - and they feared it!!!

Mat 13:49 So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels [not humans] shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just.

Isa 55:9 As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts. [Humans were NEVER aloud to physically pick up stones to throw at another]
Zec 8:17 Let none of you imagine evil in your hearts against his neighbour; and love no false oath: for all these are things that I hate, saith the LORD.
Mal 3:6 I am the LORD, I change not

Taking our religion back one Muslim at a time {How will they do that? without the Koran?]

We believe in the re-interpretation of Islam for the 21st century where terrorism is not justified under any circumstances.

We believe in the separation of religion and state.

We believe that democracy is the best form of government.

We believe in the promotion of secularism in all forms of political activity.

005.051 O ye who believe! take not the Jews and the Christians for your friends and protectors ]{authorities]: They are but friends and protectors to each other. And he amongst you that turns to them (for friendship) is of them. Verily Allah guideth not a people unjust.

We believe that equality for women is an inalienable right.

We believe that religion is a personal relationship between the individual and his or her God and is not to be forced on anyone.

The ONLY way they can ''''re-interpret'''' Islam - is without using the Koran.

By condemning violence ''in the cause of allah'' - they are rejecting the god of Islam:

004.095 Not equal are those believers who sit at home and receive no hurt, and those who strive and fight in the cause of Allah with their goods and their persons. Allah hath granted a grade higher to those who strive and fight with their goods and persons than to those who sit at home. But those who strive and fight hath He distinguished above those who sit at home by a special reward.

061.004 Truly Allah loves those who fight in His Cause

004.092 Never should a believer kill a believer [But the 'unbelievers' - they are commanded to slay. That includes ALL who believe in the Son of God} 009.030 ]

009.004 (But the treaties are) not dissolved with those Pagans with whom ye have entered into alliance and who have not subsequently failed you in aught, nor aided any one against you. So fulfil your engagements with them to the end of their term.

009.005 But when the forbidden months are past [when the 'treaties' expire} then fight and slay the Pagans ''''wherever'''' ye find them, and seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem of war.

004.104 And slacken not in following up the enemy: If ye are suffering hardships, they are suffering similar hardships.

008.039 And fight them on until there is no more tumult or oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in Allah altogether and everywhere. [Throughout the earth} 004.101 ]

009.039 Unless ye go forth, He will punish you with a grievous penalty, and put others in your place.

What part of the command -- fight and slay the Pagans ''''wherever'''' ye find them -- do they not understand?

Or -- "smite at their necks" ???

Who has more authority?

Muslims? or the word of their god?

Without the Koran - how can they be a Muslim?

Dan 11:32 Such as do wickedly against the Holy covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.
